Health, Quality, Safety and the Environment (HQSE)

At Euronav, we believe there is no shortcut to safety, and no margin for error. Our wholly-owned fleet, which consists only of double-hulled vessels, has an average ship's age of just over 6 years. Each ship is equipped with up-to-date systems designed to exceed the acceptable levels of safe operation. What's more, Euronav is proud to participate in the industry program known as Green Passport and this is already possessed from all vessels built since 2006. This voluntary effort encourages environmentally sound recycling, scrapping and sustainable development in the commercial shipping industry. The sea is demanding. Preserving the environment is demanding. We will continue to be demanding of ourselves to meet and exceed the requirements of both the sea and the environment.
