Code of Conduct

The Board of Directors approved the Euronav Code of Conduct at its meeting of 20^th September 2006. The purpose of the Code of Conduct is to assist all the Euronav employees to enhance and protect the good reputation of Euronav, more particularly in its relationship with customers, shareholders and other stakeholders as well as society in general. The Code of Conduct therefore intends to ensure that all persons acting on behalf of Euronav do so in an ethical way and with respect of the applicable laws and regulations.
