Egied Verbeeck (1974) graduated in law from the Catholic University of Louvain in 1998. He also holds a Master Degree in international business law from Kyushu University (Japan).
Formerly a member of the Antwerp bar, and managing associate at Linklaters De Bandt, he has a broad experience in corporate and securities law, finance and mergers and acquisitions. Egied started working for Euronav in June 2006. As Secretary General he is responsible for the general corporate affairs of Euronav.
Egied's mother tongue is Dutch and he also speaks English and French.
