Code of Business Conduct and Ethics

The Code of Business Conduct and Ethics (the ‘Code’) has been adopted by the Supervisory Board (the ‘Board’) of Euronav NV (together with its subsidiaries, the ‘Company’) for all of the Company’s employees, directors and officers (‘Relevant Persons’).

The purpose of the Code of Conduct is to assist all the Euronav employees to enhance and protect the good reputation of Euronav, more particularly in its relationship with customers, shareholders, and other stakeholders as well as society in general. The Code of Conduct therefore intends to ensure that all persons acting on behalf of Euronav do so in an ethical way and with respect of the applicable laws and regulations.
