Biography

Thierry De Grieze joined Euronav in February 2023 as Chief People Officer ad interim and was appointed Chief People Officer and member of the Management Board in May 2023. Furthermore, he is a member of the Remuneration Committee.

Before joining Euronav he acquired a broad experience in talent management, compensation & benefits, organisational design, and workshop facilitation in roles as HR Manager and HR Director. in various global industries. Since early 2022 he manages his own business in coaching, consulting, and interim management.

Thierry De Grieze (1976) graduated at the University of Ghent as Master in Psychological & Pedagogical Sciences, with a major in Organizational & Labour Psychology. He is a certified MBTI practitioner since 2014 and Professional Certified Coach since 2022.
