In achieving the above, consideration will be given to the following:

  1. Setting Quality Objectives aiming at the continual improvement of the Health, Safety, Quality and Environmental Protection Management System.
  2. Establishing regular management reviews and implementing findings within the Health, Safety, Quality and Environmental Protection Management System.
  3. Determining the effectiveness of the Health, Safety, Quality and Environmental Protection Management System through monitoring, internal auditing and assessment.
  4. Soliciting client's comments to determine client satisfaction and promptly respond to these.
  5. Establishing criteria through which the standard of the he Health, Safety, Quality and Environmental Protection Management System can be evaluated and opportunities for improvement identified.

Ensuring that resources are sufficient for satisfying the quality objectives and control measures are in place for any outsourced process that affects the conformity with the requirements.
